Step 1 – Select which package option best suits you and your dates needs by referencing the chart below:
Step 2 – Fill out all the required information in the contact form below.
Step 3 – After we receive your inquiry, we will e-mail you some additional information like an active calendar to select a time slot for your session, an invoice to pay for your session, etc. ONLY GROUPS of 3 or more couples are allowed to pay on the day of prom. All other couples must pay in advance. Any couples who do not pay on or before the day of prom will not be allowed to take portraits.
Step 4 – The week of Prom we will contact you via e-mail, to let you know what the location will be for prom portraits (if you have a certain spot you would like to use please let us know when you fill out your form and we will take it into consideration when making our final choice).
Step 5 – PROM IS HERE! We will meet up and take portraits!
Step 6 – You will be contacted 2-3 weeks after prom when your images are ready to view. If you select the Digital Option, we will make your USB and mail it to the address you provide when you sign up. If you select the Print Option, we will schedule some time for you to come in to our office (313 Broad Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601) and select which images you would like printed out to fill your package.
NOTE: If you select the Print Option but do not schedule a meeting within 2 weeks of us contacting you, we will go ahead and fill your order for you. We much prefer you selecting your favorite images for printing, but waiting for meetings has prolonged the completion on our end way longer than we would like in the past and this will guarantee we get prom wrapped up in a more effective time frame.
